Phoenix Build is a construction company based in Dublin, Ireland, specialising in resin bound surfacing and pattern imprinted concrete. Quotes and estimates
Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information available to us at the time and, where relevant, on a site visit. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The final price may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or materials differ from what was originally discussed. We will always agree any changes with you before proceeding.
Work and payment
Once you accept a quote, we will agree a schedule and any payment terms in writing. Timelines are estimates made in good faith and may be affected by weather, supply, or site conditions outside our control. Ownership of materials passes to you once full payment has been received. Any workmanship guarantee will be confirmed in writing for your specific project.
Liability and complaints
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Irish law, including your statutory consumer rights.
