Every project is unique — an extension, a new patio, and a full interior refurbishment have very different costs. We come out to your site for free, listen to what you’re planning, and put together a clear written quote with everything itemised. No obligation, no hidden fees.
A full written scope of work — materials, labour, timeline, and any prep that needs doing. For larger jobs like extensions or attic conversions we can also provide indicative drawings so you can picture the finished result before committing.
Many extensions and paving projects in Ireland fall under exempted development, but it depends on your property, the scale, and any previous extensions. During the site visit we’ll tell you whether we think planning is needed and point you to the right next steps if it is.
We’ll give you a realistic timeline as part of the quote — typically a patio runs 3–7 days, an extension 8–16 weeks, an attic conversion 4–8 weeks depending on spec. We start once materials are in and stay on the job until it’s finished.
